Design, develop, and maintain APIs, XML interfaces, and data feeds that connect TSA Enterprise Architecture tools and repositories with ServiceNow and other TSA/DHS systems. Collaborate with architecture and data management teams to standardize Transportation Screening Equipment (TSE) interfaces, perform ETL/data quality troubleshooting, and support integration of the EA Repository and metamodel with CSDM. Produce interface documentation and mappings to ensure interoperable, compliant, and reliable data flow for mission operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement APIs, XML interfaces, data feeds, and integration points between EA tools (Ins-Pi/YouDesign), ServiceNow, and other TSA systems.
•Create and maintain interface specification documentation, data exchange mappings, and integration approaches to ensure interoperability and compliance.
•Standardize TSE interface connections using API methodology and streamline external interfaces used by TSA applications.
•Perform ETL processes, data cleansing, and troubleshooting for interface and data quality issues.
•Support integration of the EA Repository and metamodel with ServiceNow and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
