Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement APIs, XML interfaces, data feeds, and integration points between EA tools (Ins-Pi/YouDesign), ServiceNow, and other TSA systems.
  • •Create and maintain interface specification documentation, data exchange mappings, and integration approaches to ensure interoperability and compliance.
  • •Standardize TSE interface connections using API methodology and streamline external interfaces used by TSA applications.
  • •Perform ETL processes, data cleansing, and troubleshooting for interface and data quality issues.
  • •Support integration of the EA Repository and metamodel with ServiceNow and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
