Job Summary

Lead NTT DATA’s application security capability by developing and maturing the practice, defining service offerings, and overseeing delivery operations. Drive programs across DAST/SAST/SCA, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code reviews. Partner with sales and pre-sales to execute go-to-market strategy, create thought leadership, and build customer and partner relationships while mentoring security professionals and staying ahead of emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the application security practice and service capabilities.
•Develop application security offerings and pricing strategies, and create sales collateral to position services.
•Oversee security assessment programs (DAST/SAST/SCA) and application security audits, and govern delivery.
•Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies and deliver thought leadership content.
•Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of application security experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
•Proven track record building and managing successful security practices.
•Strong knowledge of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, breach attack simulation, and ethical hacking.
•Experience with practice development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
•Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM).
