Key Responsibilities

  • •Take patient meal and drink orders and deliver meals and beverages with excellent customer service.
  • •Use the electronic ordering system to place orders that are prepared by hospital kitchens and sent to wards.
  • •Support day-to-day interactions with patients to provide care and hospitality.
  • •Follow hygiene and safety requirements and be aware of special diets.
  • •Stand and perform manual handling tasks as required to deliver service across wards.
