Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe working conditions or mechanical safety problems to the Shift Supervisor.
  • •Perform production verifications and required visual inspections at the beginning of each shift and at specified intervals.
  • •Use data acquisition software to determine required gauging and keep accurate documentation during the production run.
  • •Inspect parts and containers throughout the shift, package and handle production per manufacturing specifications, and record scrap in proper containers.
  • •Assist with machine startups, shutdowns, and line clearances; keep the workstation clean; participate in Lean and Safety programs; and help train fellow associates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • •Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
