Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automation testing activities for web-based applications across UI and API.
  • •Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts and frameworks, including framework creation from scratch.
  • •Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data, performing defect analysis and root-cause analysis.
  • •Coordinate with business teams, development teams, and management to collect requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • •Use QA and release lifecycle tooling such as Jira/Azure DevOps/ALM and support CI/CD with Jenkins/Bamboo and code management via SVN/Git.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 10 years of experience as an automation test lead with strong hands-on Selenium automation.
  • •Strong Java automation skills using Selenium with TestNG and Cucumber, including UI and API testing.
  • •Experience creating automation frameworks and knowledge of multiple frameworks, including developing one framework from scratch.
  • •Understanding of test methodologies, QA processes, and the software release cycle, including Agile development concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience with test management and ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
