Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending, 401(k), and wellness initiatives.
  • •Design and implement benefit strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency, including plan administration and coordination of open enrollment with brokers.
  • •Administer key programs and leaves, including Tuition Reimbursement, Corporate Matching Gift, United Way contributions, FMLA, and short/long-term disability and parental leave.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for benefits communication and eligibility changes, and manage benefits orientations and related intranet updates.
  • •Analyze benefits trends and survey data, manage retirement plan committee activities, and ensure compliance filings (including Form 5500) and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • •PHR/CEBS Certification.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • •Demonstrated advanced knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • •Strong HRIS and benefits administration software experience (Workday preferred).
