Job Summary

Support the Supply Chain team with analytical and operational work to drive continuous improvement in plant and warehouse performance. Prepare and submit weekly English reports, track weekly tasks, and help meet monthly objectives set by the leader. Assist Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects, support savings measurement with logistics leaders, and analyze YMS data to reduce logistics times. Work onsite in Guadalajara plant.

•Track weekly tasks assigned by the Supply Chain area.

•Assist continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
•Contribute to YMS data operations and analysis to help reduce logistics times.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a Bachelor’s in Logistics/Commerce (or a related field).
•Available to work 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, at the plant.
•Intermediate–advanced Excel skills.
•English level B1.
•Basic knowledge of logistics, continuous improvement, or data analysis. (Power BI/Power Apps are desirable.)

Education:Bachelor's in Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Logística/Comercio (u afines)
