Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build targeted recruitment strategies across the data center development lifecycle.
  • •Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, and passive recruiting techniques.
  • •Screen candidates and manage all interview stages while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • •Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical infrastructure and technical roles, including electrical, mechanical engineering, and construction.
  • •Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding with the People team, and maintain Ashby while reporting recruiting progress and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Ability to source and network within the data center industry across operations, engineering, infrastructure, and construction.
  • •Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruiting software.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
