Key Responsibilities

•Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
•Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and algorithms for operational challenges in aviation.
•Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models for accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and automation.
•Collaborate with software engineers, aviation experts, and business stakeholders to co-create AI solutions delivering tangible value.
•Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Aviation Engineering, or a related field.
•5–7 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in aviation or a related field.
•Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, plus data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
•Strong machine learning knowledge (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks) applied to real-world problems.
•Proficiency in SQL and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), ideally with Databricks.
