Talent Operations Coordinator

Coordinate and maintain Thumbtack’s recruiting operations at scale by managing requisition workflows, keeping job postings accurate across systems, and scheduling interviews across stakeholders. Facilitate offers by aligning communication between recruiters, candidates, and internal partners, track and communicate monthly start date updates, and ensure hiring records are correct in partnership with HR operations.
