Key Responsibilities

•Lead safety in the Maintenance Department to prevent injuries while maintaining business results.
•Improve equipment reliability by using machine uptime as a key metric.
•Maximize plant uptime through effective predictive and preventative maintenance programming.
•Manage spare parts (identify needs, procurement, and inventory) and oversee vendors and contractors.
•Develop direct reports and build technical skills; ensure equipment meets state and federal regulatory requirements with site EHS.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; BS in ME or technical discipline preferred.

•Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of SAP.
•Training/experience in lean and/or Six Sigma; maintenance planning and scheduling experience preferred.
•Ability to supervise and develop others; strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
