Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop test plans and test strategies for fire alarm panels and their peripherals.
  • •Perform test execution for NPI and maintenance releases across firmware, cloud, and mobile applications (CLSS, USDD, Fiplex product line).
  • •Leverage automation to reduce cycle time, identify automatable test cases, and support the automation test team with test scenarios and scripts for unit testing/regression cycles.
  • •Perform functional testing (manual) and defect triage for NPI/maintenance releases; review functional and nonfunctional requirements including NFR requirements.
  • •Maintain hardware lab infrastructure (servers, PCs, embedded equipment, and test tools) and review customer documentation and installer guides for feature accuracy.

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the role or related occupation.
