•Ensure District Managers recruit, onboard, and develop their teams to maximize sales potential and performance.
•Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of training to District Managers and their teams.

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel.
•8+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, and sales metrics, with ability to interpret sales data to drive strategic decisions.
•8+ years of leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
