Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for the sponsor’s COTR and manage coordination across contract, financial support personnel, security, management, and others.
  • •Manage daily program operations with accountability for contractual requirements, progress reporting, team personnel, risks, and budget/cost performance.
  • •Ensure program staffing is appropriate, and prepare/deliver reports on defined schedules.
  • •Maintain program information documentation in Confluence, update risk and program management documents, and monitor QA activities and issues.
  • •Support biweekly sprint planning/retrospectives, manage Jira tickets and schedules, and prepare agendas and metrics for meetings with user groups and sponsor technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • •US citizenship required
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience managing small to mid-size programs, including working knowledge of the sponsor’s IT requirements and processes
  • •Experience controlling resources and funds using priority-based tasking in a resource-constrained environment
  • •Degree in an Information Technology or Engineering discipline
