Job Summary

Lead the technical documentation strategy and manage a team of writers to deliver clear, comprehensive guides for every part of a lending platform. Partner with product, engineering, support, and CSM to define documentation scope, structure, and standards, and oversee the release cycle aligned with product launches. Build and maintain authoring infrastructure (tools, templates, workflows) and use user feedback and support tickets to close content gaps and continuously improve.

•Contribute hands-on to technical documentation while managing and mentoring writers; model quality standards through your own work.
•Design and implement documentation content structure and taxonomy across the product suite to ensure consistency and discoverability.
•Build and maintain content authoring infrastructure, including tool implementation, template management, and publishing workflows.
•Partner with support and CSM to plan customer-facing content spanning technical documentation, FAQs, knowledge bases, and training materials.
•Manage the documentation release cycle aligned with product launches and analyze feedback/support tickets to prioritize improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in technical writing and 3+ years managing writers at a SaaS company.
•Hands-on authoring experience creating large, complex administrator and user guides for single products or product families.
•Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise authoring tools (MadCap Flare, Paligo, or equivalent) and knowledge bases, including setting up projects, templates, and publishing workflows.
•Experience designing documentation structure and information architecture for multiple products or a large product suite.
•Experience using AI tools to generate content drafts and automate processes.
