Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure efficient, continuous customer services are available to the client on site 24/7.
  • •Continually monitor and coordinate on-site resources from the AOCC.
  • •Handle changes in airport demand by coordinating with management and frontline staff.
  • •Ensure frontline teams address requests and priorities within the agreed KPI structure (where relevant).
  • •Act as first point of escalation for AOCC-related issues, with accountability for documentation and transparency with management.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 5 years’ experience within an airport operations environment.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a data analyst, system analyst, business analyst, or information analyst.
  • •Experience with performance analysis, management, reporting, and attribution.
  • •Up to 2 years supervisory or team leader experience.
  • •Proven experience using customer service, tracking, rostering, or similar systems.
