Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing necessary support.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve issues identified during UAT with development and QA teams.
  • •Document UAT results, feedback, and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders while ensuring critical scenarios and edge cases are covered.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation, plus exposure to Agile methodologies.
