Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the branch by engaging customers in deeper conversations—both in person and proactively by phone—to uncover financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations. Open and support personal and small business accounts and deposit/lending products, build strong referral sources and partnerships within the branch and with line-of-business teams, and meet individual activity and outcome goals while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. Participate in huddles, assist with teller transactions, and work Saturdays as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (e.g., consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions and participating in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
