Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair computer-controlled systems and robotic devices, including responding to equipment malfunctions and escalating unresolved issues.
  • •Perform tests, analysis, and diagnostic troubleshooting for complex hardware and automation control system problems.
  • •Carry out automation system maintenance and scheduled diagnostics according to TPM documentation.
  • •Diagnose components using diagrams, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer documentation; troubleshoot sensors, control components, photosensors, pneumatic devices, and related technology.
  • •Install, configure, and commission new robotic systems and production equipment upgrades; collect and record root-cause analysis and corrective action data.
