Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of fulfillment buyers, responsible for personnel training, development, hiring and timecard management.
  • •Perform advanced quantitative analysis to understand team workload, level load and prioritize requirements between team members and determine overtime requirements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define SLAs and KPIs for suppliers and measure criteria such as cost reduction, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
  • •Manage all department escalations with internal customers.
  • •Manage sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships for assigned spend categories and provide feedback to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of purchasing experience.
  • •Experience in a purchasing or supply chain role.
  • •Remarkable problem solving skills with a bias for speed.
  • •Excellent customer service and communication skills.
