Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to preparing operational plans and KPI indicators for the department and executing relevant operations and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
  • •Review and verify new employee setup in approved systems for beneficiary entities, including creating self-service accounts and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • •Verify accuracy and timeliness of salary and entitlement payments for beneficiary entities, including auditing all payment types.
  • •Ensure accuracy and continuity of payroll and employee entitlement records for relevant stakeholders, including ongoing updates.
  • •Perform final monthly reviews for pension entitlements and coordinate end-of-service benefit calculations and final settlements according to approved procedures.

Salary: 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or related) with 6 years of experience in a similar field, or a Master’s degree with 3 years in a similar field.
  • •Possess specialized professional certification(s) in the field, such as CPA, or other related certifications.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and entitlements for employees of beneficiary entities according to service-level agreements.
  • •Validate the correctness of payroll cost centers in the approved systems and records within the job scope.
  • •Review and ensure accurate calculation and settlement of pension and end-of-service benefits according to the approved procedures.
