Key Responsibilities

  • •Under senior supervision, support SEC Regulatory Matters and PCAOB reporting obligations, including creating PCAOB reports and tracking forms filed.
  • •Cross-check filings with external databases and monitor alerts related to registrant/accountant changes and bankruptcy.
  • •Maintain required databases and perform internal reporting; monitor internal mailboxes.
  • •Maintain SharePoint sites and request new billing codes.
  • •Complete monthly billing packages, send invoices, and track due dates/status of group projects.
