Lead and scale Airbnb Luxe market operations across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, defining growth strategies, mentoring on-the-ground market teams, and expanding the portfolio of extraordinary homes while maintaining Luxe quality standards. •Lead, coach and develop an on-the-ground Airbnb Luxe market team in North America and Latin America, defining clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and growth.
•Be the trusted leader for your team by providing commercial guidance, clear directions and practical support for complex host relationships, market launches and escalations.
•Identify and develop emerging talent by preparing team members to take on larger responsibilities.
•Create and maintain a positive, motivating and inclusive team culture based on collaboration and high performance.
•Oversee regional strategy and growth of the Luxe portfolio, including end-to-end offer strategy, acquisition programs to onboard new exceptional properties, and cross-functional collaboration to drive host performance and portfolio expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 134,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role on field teams.
•Strong knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate markets in North America and/or Latin America, with a track record of regional growth.
•Proven ability to achieve or exceed acquisition and revenue targets through field-based teams.
•Experience establishing and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, or management companies.
•Excellent written and spoken communication, plus analytical skills to translate market data into strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
