Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation from contract signing through card issuance and initial adoption.
  • •Guide application completion and collect required legal documentation to initiate implementation.
  • •Oversee account setup, including resolving missing information, managing card member applications, and configuring rewards, billing support files, and payment methods.
  • •Monitor billing and payment processes at key milestones, ensuring accurate billing and timely settlement while engaging with clients.
  • •Improve existing tools, systems, and operational processes, capture client feedback and market insights, and coordinate handover with Sales and Implementation Managers.
