Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, mechanical contracting/HVAC, or facilities management (preferred).
  • •Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged if they have practical experience and relevant skills.
  • •Working knowledge of HVAC systems (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/carless driving, or multiple smaller infractions) in the prior 3 years.
