Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consultancy’s P&L and commercial strategy, including pricing, partnerships, and hiring.
  • •Build the offer and go-to-market from zero, shaping two services: corporate training/thought leadership and product recommendation.
  • •Create demand by opening doors, leading conversations, and converting network-driven opportunities into clients.
  • •Test and evaluate new AI tools and understand what changes when AI is applied effectively across workflows and capacity.
  • •Represent the brand publicly through speaking, publishing, and participating in AI transformation decision-making rooms.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong sales background in consultancy or L&D, winning work yourself through trust-building and long-form conversations.
  • •Executive Director or General Manager level experience, able to carry and shape an end-to-end business from the ground up.

  • •Experience inside large-scale organizations to understand buying decisions and how big companies operate.
