Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships focused on Mississippi while supporting global outreach as needed.
  • •Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement, including with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.
  • •Plan and execute educational programs for law enforcement and external stakeholders (parents and educators) regarding Roblox platform safety efforts, including response policies and NCMEC CyberTip initiatives.
  • •Proactively identify, monitor, analyze, and internally advise on law enforcement developments affecting Roblox in Mississippi.
  • •Forge subject-matter expertise in Roblox’s internal and external safety practices to identify, advocate for, and help implement strategic safety enhancements; draft multi-sourced work product and collaborate across Legal, Safety, Product, and Communications.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field.
  • •Detailed knowledge of the law enforcement community and related policymakers in Mississippi and the Southeastern region, including online safety and policy trends (especially child safety).
  • •Demonstrated track record of stellar public speaking, short-notice travel, and building and maintaining constructive relationships.
  • •Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Agility to navigate ambiguity and resilience to manage multiple high-profile, time-sensitive initiatives in a dynamic environment.
