Key Responsibilities

•Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor crew.
•Provides leadership to create organizational structures and processes required to execute services, overseeing labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.
•Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on-going scope.
•Maintains the short-range look-ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman.
•Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process, develops an equipment and tool requirement plan, and reviews it with the General Foreman.

•Experience in labor services execution with focus on quality, cost, and subcontractor performance
•Ability to lead the development of organizational structure and processes to fully execute labor services
•Capability to evaluate labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality
•Experience maintaining short-range look-ahead plans and addressing deviations with the General Foreman
•Ability to review and monitor cost and man-hour budgets for installation, and to plan equipment and tool requirements with the General Foreman
