Job Summary

Drive the growth of Modern Credential (Flex, Visa Instalment, Click to Pay, and Passkey) by partnering with IPVMC cluster and Regional Hub Product & Commercialization teams. Execute activities across the sales cycle (pitches, demos/webinars, commercial offers, contracting, optimization, and audit management), support launches and enhancements, assess rollout feasibility and local requirements, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans. Provide regular reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the lead of Modern Credential by executing activities throughout the sales cycle (sales pitch, product demos/webinars, commercial offer, contracting, optimization, and audit management).
•Expand Modern Credential offerings by incorporating new sales pipelines (Tier 3, Sales Engine, and non-financial institution clients).
•Support the launch of new product initiatives, product enhancements, and acceleration plans.
•Assess feasibility of rolling out new products into the cluster, gather local market requirements, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans.
•Implement solutions and strategies for country OKRs, including Click-to-Pay and Passkey, and provide regular reporting/analysis to senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking financial services with demonstrated product development and/or marketing communications expertise.
•Familiarity with product management, technologies, and systems used in payment.
•Deep understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products and services.
•Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing/sales experience, including proven negotiation skills.
