Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the C-17 Training System Operations and Maintenance Program across all C-17 training sites, overseeing day-to-day progress through site managers, staff, and training teams.
  • •Lead, mentor, and evaluate program staff at various CONUS and OCONUS C-17 training sites.
  • •Apply change, risk, and resource management to complex programs using various tools.
  • •Ensure sites comply with Union Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and participate in grievance/arbitration activities and CBA renegotiations.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, cybersecurity, and operations to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals, and provide program leadership on key metrics.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • •Military Air Mobility Management experience.
  • •C-17 experience required, including managing C-17 training at the Wing, Group, and Squadron level.
  • •Strong knowledge of the C-17 flight simulator and training services market, including experience managing development of training solutions.
  • •Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management, plus MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage.
