Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead readiness validation for complex products, new modules, or multi-site readiness streams, including service documentation, tooling, training inputs, spare strategy, and AIx readiness.
  • •Drive closure of cross-functional readiness gaps before field introduction, maintaining traceability between readiness criteria and field introduction risks.
  • •Coordinate first install and readiness execution across local/regional teams, resolving blockers and capturing red-line updates and lessons learned for knowledge transfer.
  • •Validate and improve CE tooling, jigs, and install/PM/CM procedures; use data and field impact to frame technical problems for product/SBU reviews.
  • •Run field sprint planning/execution/reviews/retrospectives, own backlog quality and risk-to-resolution tracking, and use KPI metrics (e.g., MTBF, FTR, defect rate) to guide readiness decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years hands-on experience in Etch, MDP-Metal Deposition Products, or DDP-Dielectric Deposition Products preferred.
  • •Depth of expertise in product readiness, serviceability, and product introduction, with ability to lead functional projects.
  • •Strong system-level understanding of equipment and fab operations, translating field findings into actionable improvements.
  • •Strong problem-solving capability for complex product/service issues using multiple data sources and field evidence.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, chemical, industrial, automation engineering, or related discipline.
