Key Responsibilities

  • •Build intelligent systems for standardized recommendation strategy definitions, long-term/offline evaluation, automatic strategy identification/retirement, and removal of related code configurations.
  • •Optimize system parameters and configurations across diverse recommendation business loads, including adaptive fault diagnosis for fault tracking, localization, and analysis.
  • •Balance training and operational costs with effectiveness when applying generative technologies to recommendation systems under limited resources.
  • •Process massive heterogeneous cross-domain data (e.g., e-commerce), improve/ensure data quality, standardize data supply, and enable low-cost cross-terminal services while ensuring privacy/security/compliance.
  • •Develop low-cost, high-performance storage engines and flexible schema evolution, ensuring high-concurrency real-time writing and training-inference consistency, including data-model correlation analysis and automated training data pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or having recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong research and practical experience in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, data modeling, or algorithm optimization.
  • •Excellent programming skills and strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
  • •For traditional coding roles, proficiency in C/C++; for intelligent coding roles, proficiency in Python.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers to explore new technologies in e-commerce generative recommendation systems.
