Support Allianz’s QLD CTP Personal Injury team by representing the company at settlement conferences and driving better claim outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Allianz at settlement conferences to achieve better-than-industry claim outcomes.
•Develop and implement strategies for early and effective settlement negotiations that produce fair outcomes for customers.
•Apply expert negotiation practices and mentor internal claims staff through settlement processes.
•Support long-tail business by assessing entitlement and risk and advising teams to facilitate effective negotiations.
•Provide specialist settlement advice and interpret/apply technical and legal information for the local claims team.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Law or similar).
•Extensive experience in Insurance/financial services, with CTP personal injury experience highly regarded.
•Extensive technical experience in a personal injury claims business and ability to develop successful claims strategies.
•Excellent negotiation skills and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation, legal principles, and guidelines.
