Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership across extrusion and supporting departments and report to the Plant Manager.
  • •Oversee daily operations of extrusion, maintenance, die shop, packing, and paint line to ensure safe, efficient production.
  • •Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and housekeeping; monitor metrics and take corrective action.
  • •Coordinate departments to ensure smooth production flow from extrusion through finishing, packing, and shipment.
  • •Lead continuous improvement efforts using production data, downtime tracking, quality results, scrap/recovery performance, safety findings, and employee feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of aluminum extrusion or related manufacturing experience.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of extrusion operations, maintenance coordination, die shop functions, packing processes, and paint line operations.
  • •Experience applying continuous improvement methods such as 5S, Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, corrective action, standard work, and KPI tracking.
  • •Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
