Extrusion Superintendent

Lead and coordinate aluminum extrusion operations and supporting departments, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. Oversee daily execution across extrusion, maintenance, die shop, packing, and paint line while enforcing safety first and compliance. Drive plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and housekeeping, manage production flow, and ensure schedules meet customer requirements. Use production, downtime, quality, scrap, and safety data to drive measurable continuous improvement, audits, and employee development.
