Job Summary

Provide retail financial services using a consultative sales approach to identify customer and prospect needs. Build customer profiles with Financial Needs Assessments, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and proactively reach out using CAMP and other marketing tools. Cross-sell existing customers, support outside sales activities, and partner with mortgage and business teams to refer customers. Process teller transactions, follow risk and ethics policies, meet production goals, and support CSRs through the sales/referral process.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support the Financial Center/Bank Mart platform staff while following risk, confidentiality, and conduct policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
