Manager IV, Field Service Engineer (M4)

Lead regional field service operations for customer engineers, ensuring service agreement success, system performance, and guaranteed uptime. Forecast manpower, financial, and operational needs, manage start-ups and warranty costs, oversee local inventory and RMA procedures, and maintain DSO targets. Hire, train, and develop customer engineers while promoting safety practices and continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and drive technical performance.
