Job Summary

Lead the Communication & Collaboration product tribe for an AI-powered Employee Hub, shaping vision, strategy, and a measurable roadmap. Own execution across 4 teams (CMS, Social, Play, Frontline Comms) and directly manage 3–4 Product Managers. Drive discovery and evidence-based decisions, define KPIs/OKRs for adoption and satisfaction, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, CS, Marketing, and PX to unblock delivery and accelerate growth through AI agents for content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the tribe strategy and portfolio by defining a data-informed roadmap aligned to objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
•Drive execution across multiple teams by aligning team roadmaps, managing interdependencies, and delivering commitments.
•Act as subject-matter expert and external voice for key buyer personas, engaging customers, prospects, and GTM teams with a clear narrative.
•Institutionalize discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making using research and product analytics.
•Lead and grow PM talent by mentoring product managers and owning KPIs/OKRs while aligning stakeholders to resolve friction and keep delivery unblocked.

•Demonstrated success scaling product organizations, including multi-year experience managing PMs and influencing across functions.
•Deep customer empathy and ability to act as a trusted expert for buyer personas and customer needs.
•Experience launching AI-powered features and understanding underlying infrastructure (e.g., RAG systems, agent hubs, AI trust & governance).
