Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with cohorts of approximately 15–25 people, learn their work deeply, and rebuild highest-leverage workflows around AI alongside them.
  • •Run enablement and discovery across assigned functions to map intelligence gaps, manual effort, workflow friction, and handoff failures, then translate into a prioritized backlog.
  • •Build and ship custom tools, agents, automations, and prompts tailored to high-value workflows, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration.
  • •Coach teams through a maturity model toward first win, regular integration, workflow transformation, and self-sufficiency.
  • •Own quality during engagement by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, tuning continuously, and handing durable pieces into the shared platform layer.

Key Requirements
