Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with central and site Quality engineering to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve wafer quality, yield, and output.
  • •Gather, analyze, and translate end user business requirements into functional requirements for developers to build applications.
  • •Define solution scope, business requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • •Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Architects to develop, validate, and deploy solutions into production.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through solution deployment, adoption, and value realization, using operational data for continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (equivalent experience considered).
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality/yield management, or process/equipment engineering departments.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering business, analytics, or digital solutions.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills for working with complex business and operational data.
  • •Experience using AI-assisted tools, Generative AI, or AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, decision making, or business outcomes.
