Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Talent Acquisition reporting, including metrics/KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting packages.
  • •Analyze recruiting performance and operational data (pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring trends) to surface recommendations.
  • •Develop executive presentations and data-driven summaries to support recruiting strategy and business decisions.
  • •Set reporting standards and manage KPI definitions, metric calculations, process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • •Design, test, validate, and maintain reports using Workday and reporting tools; support Workday Recruiting and Paradox administration, testing, and issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,900 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, human resources, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
  • •Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or business insights.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Ability to collect, analyze, and communicate data accurately with attention to detail.
