Job Summary

Senior-level data-driven analyst responsible for monetization strategy across marketplace verticals, pricing and revenue models, and seller health metrics. Key Responsibilities

•Own monetization performance across marketplace verticals — including pricing, premium offerings, and new revenue models — with a focus on balancing revenue growth and seller success
•Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into scalable business initiatives
•Build deep seller segmentation frameworks (dealers, power sellers, new sellers, churn-risk sellers, business owners, etc.) and translate them into actionable strategies for Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
•Drive data-informed product discovery: define problems, design and evaluate experiments, analyse results, and influence roadmap decisions with evidence
•Monitor and improve marketplace health by tracking supply-demand balance, listing quality, buyer-seller matching, seller retention, and category performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field;
•At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Performance, Growth, Strategy, or related roles;
•Hands-on proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets;
•Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics (cohort retention, supply-demand balance, seller lifecycle, take-rate mechanics, category health metrics);
•Experience with monetization, pricing, growth, experimentation, or business performance initiatives is highly preferred;
•Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English
