Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide managerial support for the DS/IP/OPO training programs under technical guidance from government officials.
  • •Develop training policy and support contract training performance work statement development/review, including training oversight and compliance issue identification.
  • •Conduct in-depth analysis of training requirements and execution, and review/evaluate corrective action plans.
  • •Monitor contractors’ compliance to training and support requirements in WPS contracts/task orders and assess contractor training capabilities for ranges, driving, classrooms, and supporting equipment/materials.
  • •Plan and conduct Program Management Reviews (PMRs), on-site surveys/evaluations, coordinate with the Training Directorate for approved lesson plans/guidance, and meet COR responsibilities; provide data/reporting to DS working groups/boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6 years of experience.
  • •3 years specializing in administration, management, and supervision of training-related programs (remaining experience may be generalized in training-related programs).
  • •Active Secret Clearance or higher.
  • •Knowledge of instructional theories and methods to design, develop, present, and evaluate training courses for security-related needs (firearms, defensive tactics, defensive driving, IEDs, protective security).
