Deliver engaging Arabic-focused lessons in Early Years (FS), helping students achieve strong academic outcomes. Collaborate with teachers to plan curriculum-aligned instruction, organize classroom resources and learning displays, and motivate children across the full ability range. Assess and record progress using Target Tracker, provide parent updates through conferences, and support wellbeing. Maintain effective classroom management, follow school behavior policies, and contribute to curriculum action groups and school events, including weekly ECA activities.
