Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a minimum of 2 other administrative positions at FHT.
  • •Prepare departmental correspondence, reports, records, and other office documents.
  • •Oversee checking and verifying accuracy of salary and payroll functions at the terminal.
  • •Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems, Outlook calendars, and up-to-date personnel contact lists.
  • •Ensure office materials and supplies are adequate; manage office accounting processes and support HR documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • •3+ years of administrative support experience managing administrative duties and supervising employees in a terminal environment.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and working in a network computer environment.
  • •Experience working with and/or managing payroll systems.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and obtain/meet requirements for foreign trade zones (TWIC), plus clear background checks and a drug screen.
