•ServiceNow Workflow Migration: Map, analyze, and translate legacy business workflows into ServiceNow, aligning them with ServiceNow’s capabilities and best practices.
•Legacy Application Integration: Port functionality from a legacy application into ServiceNow with preserved business logic and requirements.
•ServiceNow Improvements: Identify limitations or gaps in the current ServiceNow and propose workflow-driven improvements or customizations.
•Database Management: Manage backend databases supporting ServiceNow environments; maintain data integrity and optimize performance.
•Data Migration & Queries: Create and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries for reporting and data migration, ensuring data quality during transitions.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•At least 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support or development (migrating or supporting platforms like ServiceNow)
•Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflow design (forms, Flow Designer, modules)
•Mid-level SQL/T-SQL experience for queries, stored procedures, data migration
•Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules) and familiarity with PowerShell or Python as a plus
