Key Responsibilities

  • •Design learning experiences that support knowledge retention and practical application, defining learning objectives and aligning content to outcomes.
  • •Create course content including learning activities, exercises, practice opportunities, assessments, and evaluation methods.
  • •Translate complex information with subject matter experts into clear, engaging, learner-friendly learning materials, scripts, and instructional graphics.
  • •Develop and maintain learning content in the LMS and other learning technologies, keeping documentation and course libraries up to date.
  • •Prioritize and manage multiple learning projects, balancing impact, accessibility, simplicity, and delivery under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related field.
  • •Experience designing and developing learning experiences and instructional content.
  • •Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • •Strong instructional writing and course development/authoring skills.
  • •Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design methodologies, plus the ability to create storyboards and visual learning materials.
