Job Summary

Provide managed services for a PaaS/OpenShift environment by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems. You’ll manage high-complexity tickets to help ensure zero missed SLA conditions, perform advanced troubleshooting and log-based RCA, and drive operational improvements. The role includes implementing backup/restore, monitoring and remediation, automating through scripting, administering access controls and authentication, and supporting security policies, audits, and compliance—while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems to maintain zero missed SLA conditions.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, using judgment and independent analysis within defined policies.
•Develop and implement backup and restore policies, and perform regular security audits.
•Monitor systems, remediate issues, and implement automation through scripting.
•Manage access controls and authentication mechanisms with the client, and coach/mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•In-depth troubleshooting skills for complex problems and the ability to perform advanced/complicated tasks.
•Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments and interpreting logs to determine RCA.
•Strong monitoring and remediation skills to maintain service performance.
•Ability to develop and implement backup and restore policies.
•Experience implementing security policies, performing security audits, and ensuring compliance.
