Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the pod’s automation roadmap, coverage priorities, and reliability targets while governing framework standards and reusable automation assets.
  • •Own flake and reliability outcomes across the pod’s test portfolio and ensure automation tooling is consistently adhered to.
  • •Design, enforce, and monitor quality gates across pod-owned pipelines; review release readiness and go/no-go quality signals.
  • •Drive shift-left practices such as contract testing and component testing at the squad level.
  • •Lead the pod by owning hiring, onboarding, onboarding/performance, and coaching while partnering with engineering and product stakeholders on quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Expertise in modern test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured (or equivalent).
  • •Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality gate design using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • •8-10 years of software quality engineering experience with at least 3 years leading or mentoring QA engineers.
