Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and implementation of innovative High Performance Butterfly Valve technologies and concepts.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on mechanical design and performance of valve components and systems.
  • •Develop new product concepts aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • •Guide projects from concept development through detailed design, validation, and implementation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, simulation, materials engineering, marketing, and supply chain) and support strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated expertise applying engineering fundamentals to mechanical systems and developing new product concepts.
  • •Experience with pressure-retaining materials, material coatings, wear mechanisms, machine design, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
  • •Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, including additive manufacturing and multi-axis machining.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks, and working knowledge of international valve standards (ASME, API, EN, ISO).
