Key Responsibilities

•Assist with development and execution of website and team site strategies, updates, and maintenance
•Write copy and support graphics/content for online newsletters and other e-marketing efforts
•Coordinate events including logistics, displays, travel, promotion, and distribution of printed materials and follow-up
•Develop and update marketing and sales materials (brochures and literature) using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
•Assist with CRM contact management and reports to optimize marketing efforts; develop visual presentation aids and support promotional quotes and production

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of marketing experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Preferred experience using SharePoint
•Familiarity with Marketo and basic HTML (plus Dynamics 365)
